Philadelphia — Restaurant in округ Озеро Долгое

This restaurant reminded me what it's like to be in my father's house. He died a few years ago, but finding himself in such a wonderful place, this smell, this decoration and warm light, filled me with a feeling of childhood.

In the evening I wanted to walk and eat something. My friend advised me to go to this restaurant. I offered to go three, but he told me his girlfriend working there and he does not want to embarrass her.

Me and my wife, we headed straight for where we were met by an incredibly hospitable and charming girl, Anastasia. We chose a table with soft backs, sat down and waited. Anastasia was very kind to us, smiling, a little nervous, because my girlfriend and I do not speak Russian. Anastasia was supervised by administrator Olga, but we assured that everything was fine. Olga wished us a good evening and left.

We started with an interesting salad Dressed Harring, and my girl ordered her favorite Greek salad, after which she was pleased. I was pleasantly surprised by Dressed Harring, this strange mixture just struck me that I asked for a recipe at the end of dinner. Later we studied a menu called Street Food, and found Khachapuri in Ajarski there (photo-1). Dividing in half, we saturate until I fell, but in the menu I was attracted by Chalagach, whom I already shared with my lover. We drank "Bacardi Carta Oro" together, but we did not refuse from two bacs of wine with miraculous and tenderly cooked meat. Special thanks to the chef of this restaurant.

Anastasia was hospitable to us all evening, polite. I was surprised in Russia by a good command of English from ordinary waiters. Special thanks to. I am very happy about this institution and will come here more than once, when I come again.

If I lived in St. Petersburg I would like to become a regular customer of this restaurant. Thank you so much!

IT WAS DELICIOUS. I arrived in Russia to very very best friend Maks and he advised me to go to this restaurant because there is a large menu. I tried all there was. Very tasty food, very cheap, the wine was delicious, but nothing compared to French. I was pleased with. We sat by the window, very beautiful view opens to your eyes, you can observe the people behind the machines, kind of addictive. Very soft beds, good fittings and pleasant staff. Administrator Olga, the waiter Anastasia. Everyone was smiling, happy. Russia -country of surprise. I advise all my friends to come to this restaurant. Very nice people, great cooks. I want this restaurant opened near my house in Juan-Les-Pins. I just spent 90€ and was pleased. Thanks to all who worked that night and thanks to my friend Maks.

Совершенно отвратительный сервис. 20/12 были в кафе на Комендантском проспекте. Т.к. обратная связь на вашем сайте у вас не работает, пишу сюда. Пришли около 9 часов вечера, сделали заказ. Второй этаж столик сразу слева на входе. В заказе был том-ям, запечённые мидии, стейк из говядины, сидр и пиво. По итогу после принятия заказа официант сообщил, что все ок, ушел на кухню, после чего дал комментарий, что "том-ям скоро будет и уже готовится". Но спустя 10 минут оказалось, что его не будет, т.к. он закончился. Странно, ведь его готовили. Заменили на мисо-суп с форелью. По самому качеству блюд нет никаких претензий, все было очень вкусно и вынесли все довольно быстро. Но дальше почему-то (это при неполной посадке зала!!!) ни один из официантов не был в состоянии вынести нам счёт. Его мы ждали 10 минут. Заказали такси спустя 5 минут после того, как попросили счёт. Машина подъехала. Я четыре раза подходила к вашим официантам с просьбой принести счёт. Спасибо, за высокий сервис. Машина, которая была заказана, простояла в планом ожидании 7 минут (7*8 = 56 рублей) после чего водитель отменил заказ и с нас списали полную сумму 310 рублей (клиент не вышел и получается, что это якобы наша вина). Всё это время ожидания и до него я бегала по второму этажу и просила счёт. Девочки принимали заказы, убирали столы, делали что угодно, но не несли этот проклятый счёт. Пришлось идти вниз к администраторам, которые были на входе. Счёт принесли. А теперь вопрос - кто будет оплачивать простой машины + отмененный заказ? Нам пришлось заказывать другой автомобиль. Ни извинений, ни каких-то комментариев со стороны вашего ресторана не было + игнорирование на сайте (заполняла форму, прошли сутки, в итоге никто так и не соизволил позвонить). Плюс компания удаляет отзывы в ВКонтакте, нагло врут о якобы звонках, которых не было ни одного - с помощью детализации это легко доказать. Апогеем стало то, что я сама должна звонить их менеджеру ps Мои контакты у вас есть в переписке в вк, очередная отписка из серии «пришлите ваш номер телефона» мне неинтересна, найдите уже смелость...
