Bullhouse — Restaurant in округ Чкаловское

The restaurant has a great outdoor area and the inside is also greatly decorated.

Although the aesthetic of the restaurant is great the service is beyond repugnant. The waiter was very unfriendly to sit us down and took a while to bring the menus. Shortly after the menu arrived we asked to please take our order and they said they will be us with us shortly.

It wasn’t until 45 mins later a member of staff came up to us to tell us that the kitchen is closed only the bar is open. We were not told at anytime the kitchen is closed and his only excuse was that he was busy.

I highly do not recommend the restaurant and discourage people fro coming you’re better going to another one where your business would be appreciated and serviced...

Хотела бы начать свое обращения к руководству ресторана. Вчера вечером была вынуждена зайти в ваш ресторан, потому что хотела воспользоваться уборной, а поблизости общественных туалетов не было. На входе меня встретил взрослый мужчина в очках и на мою просьбу пройти в туалет меня попросили заплатить. Я понимаю, что ресторан не обязан пускать всех проходящих мимо людей в туалет, но вместо того, чтобы просто мне отказать, официант начал говорить, что разрешит мне пройти в туалет только за 100р, что шокировало меня еще сильнее. Интересно очень, как в цивилизованном мире такое может быть возможно??? Как вы понимаете дело не в 100р , а в отношении! Хотелось бы узнать сколько вы попросите денег, если человеку будет плохо физически и нужен будет стакан воды? Установление платы за пользование туалетом, расположенным в кафе или ресторане, нарушает требования законодательства в области защиты прав потребителей. Пустить любого посетителя в туалет не обязаны. Но могут — если оставаться вежливым...
