Went to Beirut to specifically try the Peruvian Style chicken that their chef Liberio recently introduced in the menu. I have to admit that it is pretty close to the real thing that you can only get in Peru! Extremely tasty, perfectly cooked and properly seasoned chicken, served with fries, salad an sauces that you would think are out of this world! Foodwise (Peruvian Chicken) I would give it a score of 5 stars, the reason I'm giving it 3 stars if because the infrastructure, even though it's big, looks a bit sketchy and service is not bad but takes a lot of time to get someone to come to your table and take the order.
