Worst Costumer Service - ordered a whole dinner (few pizzas and desserts) through Yandex Eda. I was told it would take an hour, decided it was worth the wait.. an hour and 20 minutes later I sent a message to Yandex costumer service to understand what is happening, only after a long while someone from the restaurant called me, blaming Yandex for not sending a delivery guy and that my food was waiting already more than 30 minutes, getting cold (his words). instead of calling me sooner, or even delivering the food by themselves, he only offered to cancel the reservation, more than an hour and a half ,after I initially ordered the food! I didn't look for compensation only for a minimal level of costumer service and accountability, did not find it there, nor my pizzas. I won't be ordering from...

Отличное место! Ходим каждую субботу, так начинаются наши выходные! Приятная комфортная атмосфера. Здесь тихо и можно пообщаться, для нас это очень и очень важно. Чудесный персонал. Кухня на высоте!
