The food here is only outshined by Mama Tilly herself. While exploring in Laborie, we walked by Mama Tilly’s place and immediately were drawn to the smell. When she greeted us we immediately felt like family, despite it being our first night in the village. We fell in love with her food. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The portions were hearty and the Rum Punch was hitting! We came here multiple times before we left, each time more satisfied than the last. Mama Tilly is a kind woman who puts passion into her cooking. I pray she knows how much of an impact she has made for visitors to Laborie. Enjoy the open air concept to everything and embrace the sun and wind. And Mama Tilley’s is cash only....

Mama Tilly is amazingly generous and considerate: she opened on Christmas Day because she knew that every other restaurant in Laborie would be closed, and made lunch just for us on our last day, Boxing Day, for the same reason. She even gave us a box with fritters and her amazing fruit cake to eat on the plane! Lunch or dinner at Mama Tilly's is a must for anybody who...

As with many restaurants on the island, the menu is whatever is on rotation that day. We loved the grilled chicken (seen in pic) and pork chop. Both dishes were about $10 USD.
We also loved the simple but welcoming dining area. Mama Tilly is so warm and friendly, it’s easy to see why she is so...
