0 out of 5 recommendation. My family and I went to this restaurant for dinner in February of 2024 and the treatment we received was horrific. The food was good, but the INTENTIONAL FRAUD ruined our dining experience. We had ordered 2 drinks and had clarified with the waiter that they were alcoholic and they said yes, however, when the bill came, they charged us for the drinks (6$US) plus 10$US per alcoholic shot they put into our drinks. On the menu the drinks were 6$US each but once they sneaked in the alcohol which they said it came with, it was now 16$ each a drink. On top of this, when we received the bill for our food and saw these errors in our bill along with a incorrect charge for "fondu", the waiting staff intentionally kept giving us the wrong bill even when we raised serious concerns about their fraudulent business practices. It got to the point where my father had to really ramp up after asking 3 times to change the bill to the correct total and demand they stop trying to steal from us. We eventually got it resolved but we definitely do not recommend going to this restaurant ever and there was a lady working that night giving us our bill who had the worst, most uninterested attitude to us that we overall hated our...

I had a great dinner service at Bamboo restaurant. Let me start by saying the staff were pleasant, friendly and accommodating. My server Dora had me laughing most of the night and Tera definitely needs her accolades. I enjoyed dinner on the first night they served their Sushi menu. Both chefs (Chris and Jojio) came out to the table. I had the blackened Tuna Crudo for an appetizer. It was so flavorful and I loved that they added sweet potatoes making the dish more local. I had a shrimp and beef teriyaki. The best part of my meal was the coconut panna cotta. It was so light and refreshing with a mix of flavors and textures (passion fruit and granola). Their drink menu offers selections from tangy, crisp, refreshing, sour, sweet, and spicy. Gotta get the spice bomb or the berry cooler mocktail. Arrived with reservations but it was unnecessary as we were the only ones there (foreshadowing). The atmosphere was unwelcome upon arriving, but we were there and needed to eat. The food was OK but expensive for what one received. When we received the bill, there was a few extra items on it that I noticed and brought up with our server. They returned with a new bill that now had different items on it. This went back and forth four (4) times! I finally asked who was making these bills and was directed to a woman who showed absolute indifference to the situation. She (I’m assuming the head person) couldn’t care less.
