FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO Professional or kind attitudes, they are very dry towards you. Firstly, the sign indicates there is a buffet style and the menu shows the available meals as if you're getting it all for 30 dollars. In fact, you don't. When you walk up to the "buffet" asking a question, the old woman cuts you off "YOU NEED TO PAY FIRST" Like geez, give us a chance. My daughter and I decided to eat here during a day trip. We ordered one meal from the kitchen and one for the buffet and paid for both at the same time. My daughter was disappointed with her meal from the buffet and when my meal was eventually called, I was accused of not paying for it. I could not be bothered to argue so walked away. They then said I could have my meal which turned out to be dangerously undercooked chicken so I didn’t eat it anyway. We arrived around 5 pm to grab a quick early dinner. The full menu was on display and as I made my order I was told, "we are out of that. We don't have that right now. Oh, nope, none of that either". Our options were limited to grilled or fried fish or chicken and french fries were the only available side. After 30 minutes we received our plates in to go boxes. As I started eating my grilled fish, it was quickly apparent that it was not deboned whatsoever, with several small fish bones in my mouth. My husband got the fried fish which was cold and chewy.
