Keep in mind I’m writing this review while I still have another day and a half left and I am just so obsessed with every aspect of the place !!! Hotel Chocolat in St. Lucia is a haven for chocolate lovers and nature enthusiasts alike. Nestled on the Rabot Estate, St. Lucia's oldest working cocoa plantation, the resort offers a luxurious escape enveloped by the island's lush rainforest beauty. The attentive staff provides exceptional service, catering to you at all times. Do not read the reviews about bad service. Everybody here was absolutely classy and competent. Marguerite , jowell , Lovell and Jonathan where are my most favorite individuals…. Also learned a lot to Marshal with the coo coo plants Luxurious Accommodations The hotel's design incorporates the beauty of the natural surroundings, with individual lodges perched on a hillside overlooking the rainforest canopy. spacious balconies where you can take in the breathtaking views of the Pitons, St. Lucia's iconic volcanic peaks. . A Celebration of Chocolate The hotel's restaurant incorporates cocoa into both sweet and savory dishes, offering a unique and flavorful dining experience. Be sure to indulge in the Tree-to-Bar chocolate making experience, where you can learn about the chocolate-making process from bean to bar, and even create your own chocolate bar. Unwind and Rejuvenate

Beyond the Hotel~ The Rabot Estate itself is a fascinating place to explore. Hike through the lush rainforest trails, learn about the history of cocoa cultivation in St. Lucia, or visit the on-site cocoa processing facility. The hotel also provides shuttles to nearby beaches, allowing you to combine your chocolatey indulgence with some refreshing dips in the Caribbean Sea. Whether a die-hard chocoholic or luxurious escape in a stunning natural setting, Hotel Chocolat in St. Lucia is sure to exceed your...

Honestly one of the most beautiful and delicious restaurants I’ve ever been to. The menu is a fusion between local Caribbean food, well known modern European food, all with a twist of cocoa or chocolate given you are on the Hotel Chocolat farm in St Lucia. The menu offers something for everyone from kids to adults, from vegans to meat lovers, from healthy to junky. We stayed at the hotel and had breakfast, lunch and dinner here for 3 days; and we ate pretty much everything on the menu and not a single dish was bad. Breakfast was our preferred if we had to choose; especially the banana bread cake, best I’ve ever had. Lunch, id say I loved the pizza and the club sandwich. For dinner, the pulled pork starter in the shape of the pitons was fantastic. The roti was also delicious if you want something more local. Also they give you complimentary bread which comes with chocolate balsamic, cocoa butter and pesto.

Service is brilliant, you don’t wait that long. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Prices are high but well worth it given the backdrop scenery of Petit Piton. If you are coming just to eat here and aren’t staying at the hotel, I advise you to do lunch or early sunset dinner. A dinner for two will cost you between $100 and $200 depending how much you order/drink.

Oh and if you like your cocktails, they do great variations of some classics like espresso martini but with their own chocolate infused liquors.

PS: the hotel is beautiful and really...

What a beautiful restaurant! I suggest going there a little early and enjoying some drinks at the bar. Their alcoholic beverages were definitely a highlight for myself and my husband. All drinks were unique and had some form of cacao/chocolate in it. My favorite was the espresso martini. For food, we received complimentary bread with 3 different dipping “sauces”- all very good! For appetizers, we enjoyed their sharing platter. And for entrees, my husband had their club Caesar and I had the ribeye. All were very tasty- and yes, as others have mentioned…pretty expensive. But both my husband and I agreed it was worth it for the the ambience and experience. The only negative for our dinner was our choice to order a side of the white chocolate mashed potatoes. They did not taste good and were over whipped. Besides that, the service was wonderful and we...

We stopped by here for lunch drawn by the interesting cacao forward menu. I had the tuna tartare for my main and a side of plantain chips. I wasn’t a fan of the tartare - it was gelatinous and a bit off putting. However, my partner enjoyed the pappardelle entree. Now, let’s talk desserts. These are truly exceptional and a must. I had a hard time deciding since everything sounded delicious so I asked the waiter for his recommendation. He told me to go with the Rabot Marquise and boy was he right. The combination of mouse and crunchy crust with smooth ice cream was perfect. My partner had the Citrus Groves and of course I had to try it. The passion fruit mousse was everything. In fact, I bet it would pair nicely with a chocolate dessert as well (new menu item?). The service and views were outstanding! Overall a nice experience.
