The place is very eye appealing but it isn’t equipped to handle a lot of people, let alone the fact that there’s 15m difference between each reservation. The staff aren’t welcoming, their attitude and management isn’t the best. They stayed atop of our table and insisted we ordered at a specific time. They were waiting for us to leave (gossiping and pointing at us when they were standing next to us) when we paid for the service and time ? we drove all the way to the place when we reached is something very normal , chair are not comfortable,, we booked for big group of 14 people but table they gave us table for 8, most of all the employees are rude not friendly ay all, not welcoming , not smily at all, and the mene are really normal, not worth to come and visit with long drive,, there far more nicer place coffe shop in the down town , more friendly and more cozy place than this place.. the branch manager yousef he is the most unfriendly person in the place, how about the the rest of the employee- let alone the manager!! i will never recommend!!...

The truffle pizza was delicious and the location is amazing however we were very disappointed because we had a reservation for 3 people but they would not allow my friend to enter with her 2 month old baby. Children under 10 are not allowed inside but this was only written in the terms and conditions on the mytable. It was not clear anywhere else that this is the rule.
