Al Jamal Restaurant — Restaurant in Al Ahsa Governorate

Restaurant is near by very busy round about. It's very unlikely you will get a free parking lot, other wise you have to park in the residential area behind the restaurant.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is good, the service is decent. You do not have to wait a lot unless it's a weekend. Approx 40 people can sit at a time in the restaurant.

I tried both shawarmas (chicken and beef) and a kabab platter, including minced chicken and beef kabab, shish touk, and beef kabab in pieces. They serve you roti, hummus, and chopped onion salad with platter.

The food was good, but i liked the most beef shawarma. That was juicy, tender, and spicy at the same time.

The restaurant serves mainly Arabic food, located in the heart of Al Ahsa, I had ordered beef shawarma (plate), reesh (ribs) and humus as take away, to tell you frankly, by the time I reached home, the food was cold, so I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest, I plan to come back and eat in the restaurant itself, the shawarma was tasty but quantity was not enough according to the price, the plate was small and even the side food variety (like vegetables, French fries, etc.) quantity was less. A very fine restaurant with traditional cuisine. The place is clean and the staff friendly. Enough variety of food to try different things.
