Craving — Restaurant in Al Ahsa Governorate

Three times I have tried the restaurant and they always make it the same quality. I would absolutely name it the best chicken joint in all of the eastern province. Burgers that I have tried are: -original -Ranch -honey mustered(tastes similar to all dynamite fries that other restaurants have)

The give you fries with every order which is a plus and a minus at the same time. Sometimes you would like to order the craving fries but you don’t because whom is going to eat the regular fries that comes with every order.

The chicken bits are good as well.

1-Basically all the sandwiches have the same chicken breast + the cheapest sauce you can ever find. All sandwiches were tasteless.

2-Buffalo shrimp has nothing to do with buffalo flavor.

3- onion rings were undercooked and very oily

Fries and widges were not slated.

Service:

Service was very poor. I had to ask for knives then i had to ask for forks and once again i hade to ask for straw. Staff are no welcoming.

I would rate this experience a zero if I could. My food took over an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. When I informed the waiter, he suggested taking the food back immediately was preferable to reheating it, even if it meant an additional 10-minute wait. However, the manager solved the problem by returning our money AND GIVING US THE FOOD FOR FREE, HOWEVER THE FOOD WAS FREEZING COLD , TO THE EXTENT THAT THE FRIES FELT LIKE PLASTIC.
