White Cafe — Restaurant in Al Ahsa Governorate

All I can say is that this coffee shop does not understand basic, simple customer service & SATISFACTION! Does not know the HEART of customer service and a business for it to succeed. I honestly enjoy the coffee, the donuts, and other sweets. That is the reason why I ordered for a second coffee. Because I loved it. I had to ask a friend to order one for me. I asked for machiato thinking that what will be served is caramel machiato. The coffee that arrived is something not what I expected so I had to ask if the coffee can be changed or if possible, maybe dilute its concentration to a more acceptable taste in my palate as a coffee lover and have been through many countries tasting different kinds of coffee.

The manager could have handled this situation with grace, thought of something to rectify the issue such as by using the same coffee in my cup, and turning it into something that the customer will appreciate and be satisfied. Now, it is a question of, what if another customer will have the same request? Like a Saudi or a nationality that will be acceptable to their eyes? Not like an ASIAN like me.

The team should have INCLUSIVE orientation into its staff. That is all I can say. By the way, I ordered a third...

They used to be my favorite place until they got the new noisy ice cream machine and removed the big table. I used to go study there but now due to the machine’s noise and the no-table situation I can’t. The area is big and empty and the new couches aren’t that comfortable. Some of the NEW saudi staff are a bit unfriendly. And the music playlists have changed💔 I’m a bit disappointed cause I actually loved the place.

To be franck, our experience was mixed.

The ice cream was great with all it's flavors, but for the coffee it was not that good. The coffee will leave a taste in your mouth and not the pleasent kind. We tried most of their cold mixes.

For the ice cream we tried the Baklava ice cream and espresso ice cream. The baklava was great, the espresso was okay when mixed together.

The tatse is subjective after all. But what is not subjective is that having 8 workers laying around the store standing looking at you and only 3 of them are actually working even that there is a rush in the place.
