I am updating my review. The staff there are too slow. Nazim is rude and does not like to work. One should force him to serve the minimum. If I ask him to place stickers on cover for take away coffees he starts behaving in a crazy way and bags the table throwing bag and sticker on it. Mohammad Saeed their evening supervisor (like Nazim) doesn't like to work to serve clients. All they like to do is Some things punching the items into cash machine. But most of the time they enjoy holding a mobile taking videos of their products testing them to submit to their admins, or enjoy watching clips or sitting or loving in out pretending to work but they actually leave the work of customers on Rana’s head. Rana ends up punching the machine making coffees heating up pastries heating up puddings inserting them in oven after picking them up removing from oven preparing bags for all doing work of a team from ATo Z unlike all places world wide one for punching one preparing bag one preparing pastries warming up taking them out etc. this is why I spend 10 minutes or more to get an order I get else where in 3-4 minutes. Very unprofessional they act as if they opened. The shop and own it. And the Saudi guy supervisor of morning shift welcomes you a couple of times until he gets a good review then stops. No enthusiasm. Please choose your staff carefully and train them well and make sure they know what professional work is and behave normally. They throw all work on Rana’s head and they do not check my order before giving them to me they end up forgetting items like water more than once!! They need to understand their role and help Rana. Mohammad Banghali supervisor of night does not deserve to be a supervisor. Teach him professionalism and Nazim needs to be in Rehab first then teach him manners then work. Each time Mohammad and Nazim refuse to help their freind Rana. And Saudi guy Ibrahim keeps going in and out and he just like Nazim and Mohammad think that they are additional numbers and no need for them to serve clients. They truly think 1 person is more than enough to serve clients taking up to 10 to 15 minutes to have an order ready!!! These 3 only gather together when there is a clip or football match to watch together but helping each other and work as a team is not something they accept. Nazim gets so so so angry when he puts spoon in bag and does not put tissue and I ask him why his preparation for the take away order is incomplete he tells me to go to get the tissue myself to place in the bag he prepared he wants me to help him or complete the prepartion instead of him doing it - but he does not want to help his colleague rana! Do HungerStation transporters place spoons and tissue in take away orders or everything is completely prepared by the staff?? This is called “”Corruption”” in practice !! Your Raed branch is has staff receiving salaries and not wanting to work properly or serve clients or even work as a team. They only like to spend their time washing even when a client comes in. He has to wait for over 10 minutes to get his mini take away order !! And there an absolute zero customer care. They refuse to give contacts of their admin and refuse to raise issues to their supervisors. Nazim says I do not know who my supervisor is and have no contact! The service in this instance was underwhelming, I wanted a strong latte, so I asked for a caffe-latte with two shots; which is normally one shot, served in a medium sized cup, The barrister would'nt serve it with 2 shot in the medium cup, I was told; "it is served with one shot in a medium cup"...Ok ...it's not a difficult request?! . So I asked for a flat white which has two shots and is served in a smaller cup: so I asked for a flat-white to be served in the medium cup with a little extra milk..(and I offered to pay for extra milk?!)...sounds reasonable?! They refused to serve the flat white in the medium sized cup with extra milk ?!..Strange ..so I negotiated the flat white, in its smaller cup and hot milk on the side so I could mix as I sipped...and they were ok to serve it to me in that combination? Strange, this is not what I wanted, and what i asked for i feel was reasonable and not impossible? This exercise left me curious...so I went back and ask why they would not serve me as i asked...they could not answere and poited to brand policy....ok so the customer in this case is irrelevant...yet retail and hospitality is all about customer satisfaction...a Strange and dissatisfying exepriance which made the coffee taste that little bit sour.
