Though I am the frequent customer of Al- Romansiah, had a worst experience at Dammam Road branch. We ordered Laham Mandi along with other items. When the food was served, we noticed that there were two ripped pieces of lamb in a plate and simply it was like no lamb as we paid 82 SAR for it. We knew they serve 3 pieces of lamb per plate, so we called up the waitor and complained. He told to go to cashier. The cashier along with manager came to us and blamed us that we ate the laham and making the complain to get some extra laham. Oh c’mon. They did not agree for what was served to us from the kitchen. As we were from the Asian origin, they thought of making this drama instead of apologizing for their mistake. In the end, manager came up with 1 extra peice of laham. All this drama took for around 45 minutes and the rest of the food had become cold. Will never visit this place again. Sorry Romansiyah, did not expect this from your staff. Please train your staff to stop judging people from their origin. We are not going back. ...

I purchased half lamb mindi in a round serving dish. Was a pleasant experience. I liked the way they took the deposit for the steel round serving dish, took my mobile number. Next day when I returned it for reimbursement of my deposit the young Saudi gentleman was helpful, pleasant and professional, asked my mobile number, sent a code to it and asked me for the code and reimbursed me the full deposit in cash. Romansia Restaurant serves an excellent Shawaya with Peshawari rice. The flavors are rich and authentic, making it a delightful experience.
