AlBaik — Restaurant in Al Rawda Muncipality

Extremely disappointing experience. My order took 25 minutes to be prepared, even after repeatedly reminding the staff. When I asked to speak with the branch manager, Salim, and called his name several times, he was standing right behind a nearby door and deliberately ignored me. His behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful—he even waved dismissively at me to collect my order, rather than addressing the situation properly.

Verry poor Service…. I order at 2:14 am then 3:50 am not yet Recieved my order…. I contact them and said still preparing…. How come, i wait for almost 2 hours…. Verry bad experiece not Recomded…. Then i cancel it… they said my money is refund already but i did not Recieve my money…. Verry poor and bad experience…. Sorry nor sorry God...
