3rd Floor Coffee — Restaurant in Al Rawda Muncipality

So here I am with the another beautiful cafe the 3rd floor. What attracts me to this cafe is definitely the ambience,calm and relaxed with loud soothing background music with dim lights and candles. Such elegant, classy interiors and the artwork over all am so in love with the ambience of the cafe.

They have also got very spacious outdoor seating. As the name of the cafe mentions the 3rd floor view is great. Perfect for winter, you can even watch live match in the wide big outdoor screen.

When it comes to their menu, they have some real good coffee to choose from, apart from the usual menu their are few additional like cotton candy latte, pomegranate mojito and more.

I would recommend you to try their Velvety brownie a must try with chocolate, fudge brownie and crumble a treat to our taste buds. From drinks pomegranate Mojito is a very refreshing and a must try from their menu. One of the best Mojito I’ve ever had. As i have mentioned earlier Cotton candy latte is one signature drink of 3rd floor.

Over all I highly recommend you this cafe for great ambience and good coffee. And you can avail 15% in your total bill if you are following me and 3rdfloor. Enjoy

I came from US and I hear about this place. When you enter , the representative welcoming us and guide us to the table.first , we came for suhoor deal but we change to other 88 SAR deal which come with hookah , drinks , and dessert. After they brought the hookah and the coffee , this the only time that we saw one of the servant come to the table . No one come check about hookah cones needs to replace , no one come to ask if you want another drink , and no one come to ask which dessert you like . After 2 hours , one lady came to our table to check us out . She want to charge us with suhoor but we told her that we didn’t eat any , and we changed already to other deal . Then she asked us what kind of dessert we want and we looked at the menu, she said only 2 available either Brownie or cheesecake. The whole experience is sadly and bad. We got disappointed from the service which should be better. Not coming back again...

It’s a shame the management and service is so bad. The setting and decor is nice but the service is appalling.

We asked 3 times for an order and one of us didn’t get order till after the rest of our table had finished our food and drinks. She had to ask more than 3 times and multiple people to actually get her order.

Then when it came to the bill, it’s so confusing the prices are not correct and you have to times it by two to get the correct amount. We were splitting the bill and one of us paid 465 instead is 46.50 which is more than the total bill combined! then it took 30 minutes just to sort the refund. The cashier and waitress were also rude as if it was our fault they messed up.

Also they aren’t good at seating people correctly. 1 person on a table made for 4-6 people. Or 2 people taking up a whole double table too.
