I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I recently encountered with one of your counter sellers, Mr. Abdul Rahman. As a long-time customer of your establishment, I have always valued the professionalism and courtesy extended to all clients. However, during my recent visit, I noticed a lack of fairness in customer service.

Mr. Abdul Rahman appeared to prioritize Arab customers over non-Arab ones, neglecting basic respect and proper sequence in serving clients. As a loyal customer, I found this behavior deeply disappointing and contrary to the standards of good customer service. A business thrives on treating all patrons equally and with dignity, regardless of their background. Counter seller person name abdul rahman don't have professionalism to maintain customer sequence. He give priority for arab for non arab he is not given even respect. I am old customer this behavior is very bad. Not good manners...

The price are considerably more expensive than other restaurants

I also didn't encounter many problems with the restaurant but

there was one problem I encountered with it is that each visit the serving size given to us decreased. I didn't notice it at first but it became obvious when me and my family ordered 4 meals which had hommos with them

at firs we used to get one big plate for family size or 4 small plastic container one with each meal

but instead of getting 4 with each meal, he gave us a small plastic plate, an amount of hommos so little That it barley filled half of...
