Maqloba | مقلوبة — Restaurant in Al Rawda Muncipality

I’m not the Expert on traditional Arabic food but I gotta say this is one of my favorite restaurants in a longtime. Money doesn’t in most cases deliver good food, ingenuity, creativity and drive to deliver does. Nevertheless I never thought I would be saying this about a traditional Saudi food joint (could be wrong about Origin )but here I am. The restaurants story is depicted on a wall art and it explains tells allot about passion behind it The packaging in it self is awesome to say the least. A saying we would say in California about the food is “ ITS BOMB 💥”

The cherry on top is the Price point & portion of the food at a comfortable 25 sar per person goes to show the amount of planning involved to deliver a restaurant as this.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed Experience at Maqloba Restaurant

I recently visited Maqloba Restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, my order was taken incorrectly. I specifically requested small portions, but Mr. Tariq Ul punched in large portions instead, which was not what I wanted.

Secondly, the ambience was quite poor. The tables were not cleared from previous customers, and the overall cleanliness of the dining area was neglected, which made the environment uncomfortable.

Most disappointing was the attitude of Mr. Tariq Ul, who was extremely rude in both his behavior and the way he spoke. Instead of resolving the issue politely, his response was arrogant and dismissive.

I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and...

One of my favorite restaurants for rice I used their application to order and pick up my order usually takes 15min.. the quality of food is amazing 10/10 the packaging is super good it always comes with sufra and spoons,fork,knife.. but I don’t appreciate that they don’t bring my order to car when I already paid for my order on the app like not even once they brought it to my car? I think a loyal customer who orders more than 4 times a month deserve such a simple thing? To bring my order to my car since i asked politely for it? They refused and told me to go down and pick it up myself

Anyways i’ll come back for the food for sure I recommend the chicken baryani and the red...
