McDonald's — Restaurant in Al Rawda Muncipality

Today the fourth of January, at 1:00pm i ordered and when i received the food it was so sloppy and undercooked, I always eat from mcdonalds and this was the worst experience ever, there is a filipino manager that has the worst attitude when i came to tell him that I couldn’t even finish my burger he said it’s not his problem and I should’ve asked for the burger well done?????? I ordered the same thing i have all the time, and he was yelling at other employees and disturbing all the customers and he was also yelling at me, even though I’m a customer i’m never ever going back to this branch and i really wish they deal with him for the sake...

My experience at McDonald's in Al Hamra Mall was an absolute letdown, mainly due to their abhorrent service. The disinterested and unresponsive staff made placing an order a cumbersome ordeal. When my food finally arrived, it was disappointingly cold and sloppily prepared. Expressing my dissatisfaction fell on deaf ears, as the staff showed no interest in addressing the issue. The lack of care and professionalism left me thoroughly dissatisfied, tarnishing my perception of the brand. With so many dining options available, I won't be returning to this particular McDonald's branch, as the poor service overshadowed any potential enjoyment...
