McDonald's — Restaurant in Al Rawda Muncipality

drive thru. one guy behind me. I'd ordered the standard breakfast number 1. nothing fancy. When I get to the final window they asked me to move further up, and they will bring me my food in the parking lot. first off its hardly rush hour. secondly, it's not like I ordered the shrimp or something. they want to delay my food to improve their times. it takes them longer to give me my mcmuffin if im in the lot.

after I refused, the drive thru guy went to talk to the 'cook', and at that point in my mind he was telling him to put my English muffins down his pants. so I asked for my money back. How could I enjoy breakfast after all this.

The philipino duty manager last night 19th March, 2023 was very rude. He gave me cold burgers and when I confronted him, he started telling me to check it while I checked it already. He told me the lettuce and tomato is always cold. Even though I complained on McDonald's official complaint centre and they told me that the store manager will contact me but no one contacted me.
