McDonald's — Restaurant in Al-Urayja Municipality

I was shocked by one of the Egyptian thin curly hair CASHIER who was just shouting for no reason. He made us especially customers from sub continent wait long. He made us wait for our order for TAKE-OUT for nearly 1 hours & when we came to ask for our order he was telling to sit down very harshly. He treated most Asian origin customer with bad attitude & had no manners towards others as well. Kindly take strict action against him or drop him so that MAC DONALD don't select such...

The drive thru staff have a problem on taking order. We ordered cheeseburger meal... But he put big tasty meal. We can still consume the food that they gave but my point is, you're in a point that you want to eat a small burger and spend a money a bit cheaper but because of the wrong order the 16sr meal that we should buy is became a 30 riyals spending just for my wife's cravings...

قبل ما اكتب اي شي ارجو من إدراة ماك الكريمة انها تاخذ الإجراءات اللازمة مع المغربي اللي حاطينه مدير و هو لا يرقى لأي صفة من صفات الادارة انا إدارة مطاعم و اعرف كيف يكون التعامل مع الزباين و مع المشاكل اللي تحدث بالمطاعم سواء من مشاكل في الأكل او من ناحية النظافة او غيرها دخلت المطعم قسم العوايل ١و ٤٥ دقيقة الظهر و ارجو مراجعة الكاميرات في هذا الوقت الرائحة رائحة نتنة و سيئة و ما تنطاق كلمت عامل النظافة هندي اتوقع ما فهم عليا فما ألومه، ناديت المدير قال دقيقة و طنشني طالعته بعد شوي لقيته يضحك من شباك السفري مع وحدة طلعت و دخلت من الأفراد لقيته يرقص بعصا مع واحد كان جالس ياكل طيب هذا كله عادي الا انا اسلوبه لما جيت اكلمه يتصرف بأسلوب حاد و عنطزة و اسلوب لا يمثل ماكدونالدز ، كلام وقح و بذيء و يحكي معي و هو ماشي ليه اشحذ منك ؟؟؟؟ يا حبيبي بخشم الريال داخل واجب تحترم الزبون مهما كان طبعه و الزبون على حق مهما كان لكن واضح انه...
