Very bad service. DON',T TRUST THEM TO MAKE DELIVERIES ON TIME. I placed an order of 23 breakfast packs on 15th June (Thursday). I made full advance payment of order on 15th June only. The delivery was to made at Riyadh Care Hospital on at 8A.M. on 18th June((Sunday) for a Doctors Meeting in the Hospital. The staff (Shuruq)promised to deliver at that time and also noted the Contact Numbers. But Saadedin did not deliver the breakfast packs at 8.M. on the promised date. I kept on calling the mobile number, but their number was switched off. I called the Central customer care service , but they also could not help. They could just give me two mobile number of the Manager, and one more number. I kept on calling manager and the other numbers, but they did not pick up phone and did not answer my whatsapp messages. The delivery man came for delivery at 9 AM. But it was of no use as the meeting had finished and the Doctors had left. It was a big shame for us as the Doctors could not get breakfast and had to leave without breakfast. Even after that, nobody from Saadedin contacted for any apologies or compensation. So please don't trust them for making...

With the quality products and next generation customer experience, this brand doesn't need any recommendation at all. First visit will make u a regular customer in the future and u will refer to many of your friends n family as well. Chocolates , ice creams , pastries and Omali are the best...

المحل متنوع و اصناف الحلويات كثيره يتميزون بادق التفاصيل خاصة في نكهة و طعم الحويات و الكيك يعني عندهم نوع من الكيك بصراحة زبده لذيذه و خفيفه اسمها بلاك فوريست انصحكم تجربونها

انا متعامل معهم اكثر من 7 سنوات بصراحة خدماتهم جداً رائعة حتى في وقت حظر التجول بسبب كورونا طلبت من موقعهم و خلال اقل من يوم وصلوا الطلب الخاص فيني لكن فيه ملاحظة : انه لازم يتنوعون في الكيك و التورتات بحكم ان شغلهم ممناز بس لازم يكون فيه تنوع و يكون فيه انواع على حسب طلب الزبون بالنسبة للموقع الالكتروني يحتاج الى كثير بالتطوير لان الموقع اشوفه غير مواجه للزبون و يحتاج الى خيارات اكثر و واجهة افضل و يكون فيه جميع وسائل الدفع الحديثة مثل apple pay و stcpay بالنسبة للجوده لاحظت انه كل مره تكون الجوده افضل من قبل تقريبا هذا اللي عندي من...
