I recently ventured into an Egyptian restaurant for the first time, eager to explore its grilled offerings. As someone who has frequented various Egyptian eateries in the area, this was a new culinary excursion for me.
The highlight of my visit was trying their semi-grilled dishes, including kebabs and tikkas, and a dish called Tarbah, which was a first for me. The food was straightforward and honest in its flavors, offering a 'normal' taste rather than an extraordinary one. However, it was the rapid service that stood out, noticeably quicker than many other restaurants I've visited.
What really makes me inclined to return, aside from the food, is the overall convenience of the location. The availability of a nearby free car park adds to the appeal, reducing the usual hassle associated with dining out. The efficient service also scores high points, making the dining experience smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, my visit was a positive one, it was enjoyable, and the convenience factors make this restaurant a viable option for future dining. I am looking forward to returning and exploring more of their menu.

Read moreI dined here with a small group of friends, we ordered a sample of different dishes and shared them all; Molokhia, Okra with meat, mixed grill (kilo), salad assortment, shin soup, hibiscus drink, coconut drink, and dessert. The okra with meat was excellent, very flavorful and was served with rice and soup. Molokhia was interesting (first time tasting Molokhia), the flavor was good but the texture was quite slimy and mucilaginous, not very pleasant to eat. Mixed grill was very good, an assortment of koftas, chops, and kebabs, it was all cooked well and very tasty. Mixed salad assortment was also quite good, the tahini was a group favorite. Egyptian pickled eggplant was my favorite part of the meal, it was exceptionally good. Shin soup was very rich, the shin was perfectly cooked and lightly cinnamon flavored. The only things that detracted from the meal were the service, and the atmosphere. Our server was not at all attentive and we had to order second drinks four times before they were brought over. Also, there were many screaming children at adjacent tables and it was very noisy. As soon as the screaming children left the staff brought out a large vacuum and began vacuuming all...
