Chinese & Grill — Restaurant in Eastern Province

Me and my family visit this restaurant, yesterday, at 5:40 PM, we were the only customers, I ordered a "New York Steak" as written in the menu, they also had a picture of the steake that looked like a real Steak, and I ordered fish fillet, our food arrived, the fish was undercooked, I asked them to change it, they brought it back, undercooked again, and the steak was a flat thin large size meat the covered all the plate, it was a messy Tibinyaki with sweet and sour sauce on top of it dripping all over the fries that was under the steak, the taste was not a new york steak, I went to the cashier, and refused to pay for this, I only paid for chicken nuggets, and kabbab both was tasteless, and the manager / cashier or whatever he was, didn't bother to appologise, I paid and left, I will never visit this restaurant again. very very bad experience, I wish there was a Zero star, the worst restaurant with a...

One of the horrible experiences in Khobar. To start with, the washroom was unhygienic and had very bad smell. No tissues. Secondly, the food was stale and tasted very bad. Rice was uncooked and I chewed a stone in it, chapati was raw with flour still wet inside. Chilli chicken was tasteless however garlic chicken was bit okay but not to the expectations. When informed the same to the manager, he excused simply by saying the cook had smelt some gas today so he is unwell. Totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional behaviour/approach. Would never visit and advise anyone, there are many good restaurants in Khobar with better ambiance, food quality and reception of guests

The service was very warm,the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They took great care of our satisfaction with seating,our food and overall ambience. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the food quality was incredible a few years back. While I understand with the current world situation times are tough,the food quality was a bit lower than it was in the past and just being fair of opinion for the viewers looking for honest reviews on places to eat.
