Al baik — Restaurant in Makkah Al Mukarramah

Overall the customer flow management is poor in AlBaik, This out let is not an exception. It seems nobody relays in the system, tends to do things manually. As a result there are unnecessary queue in front of the recieve areas.

Online qr code did not work. If the reason for this failure is that i did not download the app, then i believe AlBaik needs to change the system. Yes , i understand that i am self contradicting.

Gurds/Security/door keeper of this brunch was busy with there personal business like phone and lookd un professional.

most famous fast food chain in saudi arabia called al baik, they just few days ago opened this branch. nowadays chicken broast and chicken nuggets are all items available. very nice and well maintained area. wheelchair accessible entrance available on this place. free parking and wheelchair parking available. all kinds of cards and cash accepted here. now for recent opening not too much crowds now. nice area, service is good and food...

Sorry for breaking the bubble for those who haven't tried Al Baik yet. It is an overhyped outlet to be honest. For those who haven't had a chance to eat real broaster chicken, this might be good for them, but for me this place is a shame.
