Visited McCafe today since its renovation and reopening. It was quite a wonderful experience to go with my friends. Appreciation points: 1) Tawakalna was checked and precautionary measures were takes carefully. 2) There were many people but every order was entertained with care and efficiency. 3) Female workers were ready to help and guide while ordering. Points that could be worked on: 1) The tables at the sitting place should be cleaned as soon as people leave. But I would 100% recommend it. The experience is wonderful. Had a great time with friends after so long. I would suggest you to enquire well about the size and taste of the burger before buying to avoid and disappointments. I ordered Double Quarter Ponder (SR.23) as on the screen instead the guy there gave me Single Quarter Pounder (21) + Extra Cheese and Patty (6) which cost me extra by SR.4. I believed that this is not a 2 Riyal Boofiyah Sandwich Shop, which should make such mistakes. I am currently in contact with customer support to look for a solution. Suggestion: cross check your receipt/invoice. Edit & Update: I have been called by the store manager for an apology and he invited me to dinner with family sponsored by McDonald.

I came around 4:09 PM when i reached the line to order the intercom was not working I wait around 15 minutes just to reach to the window to order and after that I wait 15 minutes again to receive my order when I reached to the receiving order window they took my pill And after that they start making the order from my bill so what's the purpose of the screen inside the store all of this does not unfacilitate the order for the customer and much delay in time 30 min to receive a simple 40 S.R order That's Totaly...
