On my recent visit to the Entrecôte Petit Louis in Jeddah, I found myself comparing it to the delightful experiences I've had at their Riyadh branch. Unfortunately, the Jeddah branch did not quite live up to the high standards set by its Riyadh counterpart.
Food Quality: The meal I had in Jeddah noticeably lacked the finesse and flavor I've come to expect from Entrecôte Petit Louis. It seemed that there was a divergence in either ingredient quality or preparation methods that resulted in a less than satisfactory dining experience. This was disappointing, especially given the reputation of their Riyadh location for excellent cuisine.
Service: Equally, the service did not meet the professional standards I encountered in Riyadh. Staff members in Jeddah appeared to be less attentive and not as well-coordinated, which disrupted the overall flow of the dining experience.
Comparison to Riyadh Branch: The stark contrast with the Riyadh branch, which has always provided both top-notch food and exceptional service, was quite apparent. It's clear there are disparities in staff training and kitchen execution between the two locations.
Suggestions for Improvement: I would urge the management of the Jeddah branch to consider revising their training protocols to emulate the professionalism of the Riyadh staff. Additionally, a review of the culinary standards and practices currently in place might be necessary to ensure consistency across branches, particularly with the restaurant's...
Read moreHonestly I was excited to visit the place and try their steak with the green sauce but the taste didn’t surprise me!! The waiter’s smell is cigarette 🚬 and I have allergies so the smell was annoying for me. Second, the menu says they have orange juice but they said it is not available and they only have soda or water with no refills ( the water is a small bottle and I don’t drink soda) I complained to the manager and he was responsive and gave me a second water bottle since a drink comes with my order. Salad and fries and chocolate cake were okay and the steak was okay too but I am glad they have a candle beneath the plate to keep it warm. I noticed there was a waiter who looks feminine and his walk is disruptive I hope the restaurant manager look into this matter since it is not appropriate to see such thing in this country and our community. Do not think I will come again because we paid over 200 rials and didn’t receive the quality of the price we paid regarding the food and environment. Also the restaurant did not have a changing table in the restroom for babies so keep it on mind if you’re bringing your child...
Read moreAs usual, every intercut has a main menu salad, fries and beef and a dessert. As a policy you can refill your fries with no fees, but suddenly in this branch (Obhur brand) told me there is a fees… I’m like OK I went to check the menu, I didn’t find the fees on the fries !! Weird
Secondly ، my friend is allergic to nuts I asked them to remove the nuts from the salad then they also put nuts on the deserts I asked to remove it, but unfortunately there is no any response to what I’m informing them to do, under the icecream was nuts… They should’ve ask about any allergies in advance . I’m very mad of this bransh...
