ALBAIK — Restaurant in Makkah Region

I’m a customer of Al Baik for over 25 years in Jeddah. Excellent Broast chicken and other products from Al baik always maintaining world class quality standards. In very recent years I have experienced personally decline in taste and overall quality in products including signature Broast chicken. Today what forced to write this review is as I received an online order I picked exact time waiting at the counter my fish nuggets order. Fish nuggets and French fries were cold ( just warm or less) to my shocking surprise. I immediately returned to the outlet and returned demanding a fresh order & insisted I need a freshly cooked order and would wait even 30 minutes if needed. Told just to wait 8 minutes. I was served with hot fish nuggets and cold French fries . I returned and made sure I took hot fries.

As a well wisher and Someone who proudly told my friends in different parts of the world over the years that we had in Jeddah “Al Baik” one of worlds best Fast Food . This was the truth . But now I sadly only dine / take out once in few months only. In earlier years a week wouldn’t go by without me and my family dining in Al Baik in addition to take away.

It’s sad to see Al Baik having maintained excellent quality standards that were unmatched for over two decades taking down slide.

They have fried chicken as their signature dish

Also have fish and shrimps in thier menu

Almost everything has the option of Spicy and its spicy hot 🔥

I recently visited Albaik and, while I had heard great things, the experience didn't quite live up to the hype.

The service was a bit disorganized, and I had to wait in a long line just to order, then another 15 minutes to receive my meal.

Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing, The quality wasn't as high as I expected, and it lacked the flavor I was hoping for.

The atmosphere was good, but the overall experience was negatively impacted by the inefficient service and mediocre food.

I hope the team can improve their efficiency and food quality in the future. I'd love to see the restaurant live up to...
