I purchased a Motorola mobile from Marwa Lulu, and within 3 weeks, it developed a white screen issue. When I went to Lulu to claim my warranty, they directed me to a Motorola service center on Palestine Road, Jeddah, which I could not locate despite searching thoroughly.
Frustrated, I went to Lulu on Madinah Road near Palestine Road for assistance. First, the electronics section sent me to customer service. The staff there directed me back to Marwa Lulu Mall. After explaining my frustration, I was referred to a mobile shop named Najd on Palestine Road, claiming they were authorized dealers.
When I reached Najd, they politely informed me they were not the authorized service center for Motorola and directed me to another shop, which also turned out to be the wrong place.
I returned to Lulu on Madinah Road, and the experience worsened. At 3 PM, a customer care staff member at the “Happiness Center” was rude and dismissive, telling me to go back to the electronics section. The electronics staff, in turn, sent me back to customer care. Eventually, after insisting to speak to a manager, I was yet again directed to Najd mobile shop, despite my repeated clarification that they are not responsible for Motorola warranties.
After going back and forth multiple times, I ended up at Lulu in Marwa again, where I was sent to yet another place that also wasn’t helpful.
This entire experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. The lack of clear communication, accountability, and professionalism from Lulu staff is appalling. If Lulu cannot manage warranty claims properly or provide accurate information, they should not be selling such products.

I purchased the unit approximately four months ago, and within that time, it stopped cooling properly. I contacted your customer service, but unfortunately, the response was delayed, and it took a considerable amount of time before a technician came to check the unit.
To make matters worse, the same issue occurred again just yesterday—the refrigerator malfunctioned once more. When I attempted to contact your customer service again, they were unhelpful and argumentative, showing a clear lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction.
Additionally, I was forced to go to the store personally because your customer service was unreachable despite multiple attempts.
This experience has been highly inconvenient and disappointing. I am requesting an urgent resolution to this matter—either a replacement unit or a full refund, as this product has proven to be unreliable and your service support has not been up to standard.
