Cute little place near Shatie where you can sit and paint. There is no food allowed or available so would not consider it a cafe, but they sell some coffee and overpriced cookies 😅 The staff were young, polite, and very accomodating to myself and my group.. We visited for the first time last week, when I planned my daughter's birthday party there.. getting a hold of anyone to make the reservation was a bit tough, they need someone to check their social media and phone more often... At any rate, my daughter had a blast.. the staff decorated a table for us with helium balloons with our choice of colors.. the birthday package also included a cake from the House of Cupcakes which was good.. Not sure how the prices are if we just want to hang out and paint, but will visit again to find out.. they had music playing, and it got pretty busy and noisy in the evening, but it was a weekend so expected.. Parking out front is a bit difficult as there are restaurants next door..and I understand that kids are not allowed after 7pm during the week, except on Saturdays.. all in all a great experience and will be back for another visit soon..

This is my first time making pottery and coming to Arty Cafe. To say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had would be an understatement; largely thanks to the amazing staff! Bader, Faisal and Ithar were incredibly welcoming and warm. They all greeted me with the biggest smile, were incredibly natural and comfortable which made me enjoy this experience a lot more. Bader was my instructor and he was very easy going, patient and gave me great advice to use for even in the future. In addition, Faisal makes the best homemade cookies which he so graciously offered for me to try. If you’re thinking about visiting this place or picking up pottery, absolutely don’t hesitate. I know I’ll be coming again.

I visited the cafĂ© with the kids for a creative afternoon. The space is cozy and nicely designed, and the kids enjoyed the experience. However, the coffee wasn’t to my taste, and I found the tools and materials for painting ceramics limited. They had run out of sandpaper, and only acrylic paints were available, which means the pieces couldn’t be made food-safe. I also hoped to paint ready-made ceramics and have them fired, but that service was only available through a full course. Overall, a pleasant concept, but some improvements would make the experience more complete.

We were invited to a birthday party for 10-year-old girls, and it was a very bad experience. The man wearing a Spider-Man costume was extremely rude. He pushed the girls and told them to “shut up,” saying they were shouting and running.

No one explained any rules or said that the kids couldn’t sing or be loud — it was a birthday party, after all. When I came to pick up my daughter, she was scared. I told him it’s not acceptable to touch children, but instead of apologizing, he and his colleague were rude and tried to blame the kids.

If the children were too loud, he could have simply spoken to the parents instead of shouting and pushing them. Very unprofessional behavior — the kids didn’t have fun at all, and we will...
