First of all, this restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have visited in Jeddah.
The management went the extra mile in many tiny details. However, they have successfully managed to make a huge impact on the overall experience.
Please note that if you are coming here, then you are visiting for the overall experience. Where right from the front door, you start to enjoy this experience.
Food tasted great, and the presentation of the food was also well done. In this restaurant your eyes are also savouring the food!
One thing I noted is that the staff have a kind of sign language as the restaurant is big and you almost never hear their voice except when they are addressing you. Some of them even have walkie-talkie!
Not much needs to be said, really, as it was a wonderful experience l.
There is a smoking area and a non-smoking area, I am assuming that the smell will not reach the non-smoking area as there was a good separation between both areas.
The decorations and plants were distributed in a nice way, and an olive tree is among them, just in case you didn't know this is a Lavant (Lebanese/Shami) restaurant. 😉

Read moreI sat with a visiting friend from Europe for a light dinner in the Caffe next to the bar counter area. The food quality was average and not exceptional by all means. I ordered a Turkish coffee where the waiter brought a paper cup for me to pour the coffee and not a glass coffee cup as professional restaurants do. The waiter explained the glass cups are being washed. This so called renowned restaurant not only insults its customers but also the concept of having a coffee after dinner in a professional manner. The icing on the cake was when the bar tender was shouting at the other lady waiter telling her " tell him we dont have coffee cups" where all customers could hear. Only when I asked to return the coffee order, the lady waiter went inside and got a glass cup. This incidence demonstrates how lower than low the quality of service in this place that calls itself a restaurant. My advice to customers, bring your own cups and cutlery if you plan to...
Read moreOur visit was in the evening, during Eid Al-Fitr. We were not greeted, we sat our selves to a table, the table was still set for Ramadan Iftar (with the complimentary dates uncovered), after waiting for about 7 min for someone to acknowledge our existence one of us had to get up and go ask for someone to come take our order. Mind you, there were 3 workers sitting at the entrance where the hostess should've been, chatting and watching something on their phones the whole time. 🙄 they only got up and looked lively when they joined the other waiters singing Happy Birthday to a customer in the outdoor area. The food and drinks were good, but suddenly the speakers blasted loud dance music and we couldn't enjoy our conversation over the coffee. We decided to go somewhere else as the service and atmosphere weren't pleasant. I do have to point out that our other visits to Beit Wared during the day were a much more positive...
