If I could give it zero I would. Total utter incompetence and rudeness from the staff & the supervisor. I don't recommend going to the EL&N London - Atelier La Vie. There's more better cafes and restaurants to try out.
Despite the long queue outside the cafe, we waited for 30 mins patiently. We were excited about it as it was so hyped on social media, however we were really disappointed.
Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional customer service. I cannot recommend this place based on how my family and I were treated.
I visited with a group of 15 family members, and as paying customers, we spent nearly 500 SAR on cakes during this visit. Despite this, the cashier and, I assume, the store manager treated us with a dismissive and condescending attitude.
At one point, the manager rudely accused me of planning to bring beverages from outside simply because their barista wasnât available. This assumption was both unfounded and inappropriate, especially since other customers in the store already had coffees on their tables. His tone and demeanor made it clear that he didnât want us there and was almost trying to push us to leave.
As a paying customer, I felt disrespected and unwelcome, which completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable family outing. For a business to treat its customers this way is unacceptable, and I strongly urge the management to address their staffâs attitude and behavior. Until then, I wonât be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

I visited the branch around 12 PM. When I walked in, the place was completely empty. I greeted the person standing by the counter with 'Salam alikum,' but received no response. Standing in the middle of the store, I spoke a bit louder, hoping to be acknowledged as a customer, but still, no one paid any attention to me. I repeated my greeting to the same guy, hoping this time he would respond, but still, there was no change in his behavior. He even whistled to another colleague behind the counter!
The other employee behind the counter gave me a big smile but then returned to watching a video on his phone, seemingly amused.
This level of service is unacceptable! My family and I immediately left the store, and the staff seemed relieved, as if they were not interested in working or attending to customers.
