IHOP — Restaurant in Makkah Region

First time i came to to this branch was a little bit crowded although it was lunch time. I was sitting alone at the corner beside at the stair. There is a lady server who assisting the next table beside me and she always passing me by. I need to raise my hand for someone to take my order. I call Neil which is he is preparing a new sets of table for a new customer. He smile at me but Mr Alex take my order.

Theres a Lunch Offer at Ihop which is budget friendly ❤️. I took Steak 🥩 which have a side dish of Mash Potato 🥔 and Grilled Corn 🌽. Medium-well was always my prepared and i really love it.👌🏻🥰

The lady Gerlie serve my steak and she didn't ask me anything. She give me my plate, fork, knife and also steak sauce. I start to eat.

After my meal done i tell her to present my receipt and she give to me. Same plain expression what i feel on her when she give my food.

Before i leave the iHop i got an emergency i book my driver with a drain battery on my phone. Im looking for someone to help me to make charge my phone for a few mins but a really big thanks to Neil who is smilling and and helping me get battery percentage. Thanks also to Mr Alex that that he gives comfortable when taking my order. Thank you for assisting me.

It was 6am on a Friday morning. We almost walked away thinking they were still closed when the manager opened the glass doors and welcomed us with a smile. They were still on prep mode but already attentive and warm. The restaurant was cozy and clean. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name, the manager was prompt in assisting us. Jomarie the waitress set our table with a smile. We ordered the Sirloin steak tips and eggs and cappuccino, it was good for me and my husband. It was delicious and served hot, enough for 2 people. The other waiter, whose name i wasn’t able to get as well, was prompt in clearing the table and serving us with a refresher tissue. Kudos to this breakfast crew! Well mannered, attentive, and diligent. Will definitely come back again for the food and service well provided.

IHOP has been an old-time family favorite for us. I can’t complain much but there is always room for improvement. The food was OK but the eggs were completely unseasoned. We ordered sirloin steak, bits or something and we asked for them to be cooked to medium but they were served Well done everything else was fine. The service was great. We met Omar and Adil. They were both great. There was a young trainee as well. I had trouble understanding his accent and he was not very audible. I think he was shy. One thing I did not like is the smell of the place perhaps if they cover it up with a coffee, roasting machine or something that would change the lingering oily smell things would be better. I also had an accident with the door. It was very heavy and had a sharp corner and it scraped my leg, causing a bruise and a small inflammation for a couple of days. Will I be going back?
