I visited this place for lunch, I was amazingly surprised. i think it’s the only joint in Jeddah that have fully understood, applied and executed the concept if hospitality. Firstly, you are greeted with a complimentary valet service who give you a small remote you use to request your car upon departure.

Second the as you come up the escalator you are emerged in a stunning outdoor tropical themed area.

The staff greet you warmly and are very attentive to each and need. i was particularly impressed to the attention of detail. They actually take the time to recommend dishes and know very well the ingredients and give very honest opinions. Usually other restaurants just recommend the most expensive one ! Plus they serve each dish. Service to the max.

Unfortunately nowadays the menus are isually the same …. Pasta , cesar salad , mixed grills but her I found for the first time unique options like the delicious beetroot salad option.

I went for Lamb Degi for a main dish … and Wooow. It was a an Absolute delight. Delicious meet, spices that will get your tastebuds in a party !! I could go on and on …. This is definitely going on my list of favorite...

It use to be one of my favorite places especially in winter for outdoor seatings

I wish Kabana to get back to the same quality of staff and services they had around fall 2022 and 2023 winter time.

But the services and quality got a bet lower after they changed many of the staff. I remember when the first time I visited the place in 2022/2023 the staff coming from Dubai I think they’re mostly from tajikistan or Kazakhstan were very professionals and maintained a very well high-quality of services.

Then in my last vists this was mostly was no longer there anymore and the newer ones were a bet less professional and more random.

Recently they try indirectly force you to order the most expensive shisha even if I don’t like that type and they are very chaotic in crowd management in the weekend.

Unfortunately Kabana didn’t keep up with same quality they had in fall 2022 and winter 2023.
