Today I had lunch at Sadafat, and to say the experience was disappointing would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in providing decent customer service. We were ignored when we tried to place our orders, and it took nearly an hour for the food to arrive. By the time it finally came, we discovered one of our dishes was missing entirely. After waiting so long, we decided to just cancel that order, as it wasn't worth waiting any longer. The food however, it was cold and didn't taste fresh at all. While I'll admit the flavors were decent, the lack of freshness was a major letdown. What really baffles me is that the place wasn't even crowded when we arrived, yet the staff seemed completely overwhelmed by the few tables that were occupied. I wasn't the only one frustrated either—many customers left visibly upset. it's clear this was a one-time experience for me. I won't be coming back, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or a pleasant dining experience. Such a waste of what could have been...

The food is great as it wasnt too oily nor spicy as well. The portions were good as it is suitable for a family. The location of the restaurant is convenient as well. The staff were nice and welcoming as they served the food and we finished off the meal with a great chocolate fudge/ganache cake which tasted heavenly and it wasn’t too sweet it was a perfect balance of the cake and ganache and it wasn’t too heavy...
