Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing and far below expectations. • Accessibility: Very difficult to reach, and there is no available car parking which adds to the inconvenience. • Cleanliness & Safety: The hygiene standards are poor. There is a serious risk of food poisoning due to the lack of proper cleaning and the poor condition of the staff’s personal protective equipment. • Service: The service is extremely slow. It took a long time to receive the order. • Food Quality: The food was served cold, lacked freshness, and tasted nothing like the same restaurant’s branch in Jeddah. • Staff Behavior: The staff were unprofessional, communicated poorly, and treated customers rudely.

I cannot recommend this place, and I advise management to urgently address these serious issues to meet even the minimum expectations...

I passed by them a few days ago while I was in a hurry and was surprised that most of the meals require waiting for about a quarter to a third of an hour. Since I was in a hurry, I just asked for a cob of corn, as they told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. I waited and a quarter of an hour passed without any result, so I called them and they told me there was no cob of corn, but a cup of corn. I said I ordered a cob, not a cup! They said wait a third of an hour! Since I was in a hurry, and they delayed me for about 40 minutes. I asked them to compensate me for this delay with a free meal, but...

We had a very disappointing experience at this branch. We used the drive-thru since it was past regular ordering hours, but it took 19 minutes for us to receive our order.

We ordered vanilla ice cream, but no spoon was provided—how are we supposed to eat it without one?

Additionally, some items like shawarma were not available through the drive-thru; only meals were offered, which was not clearly communicated.

The broasted chicken was overcooked, and based on its appearance and taste, we believe the cooking oil was old.
