Awful experience ever!! I was driving and felt that wanted a coffee. I Googled around, and according to the reviews decided to stop here. The guy, was not only rude but didn’t speak a word in English and didn’t make the minimum effort (because I did it using translation) to ask what kind of milk they had. It was the worst energy 🥹 I ever got from someone here in Riyadh where usually the service is amazing. I asked him if everything was ok, judging by his face it wasn’t. The manager has to talk to this person and see what he’s doing to spoil all the good reputation this place has....

I had a disappointing experience at Decent Café. Despite having alternatives like coconut milk listed on the menu, they only offered full-fat milk—no skimmed milk, coconut milk, or even decaf coffee options. When I settled for tea, the only option available was black tea, which felt quite limited for a café. To top it off, when we asked about the restroom, we were told they didn’t have one, which is very unusual and inconvenient. This is a new cafe located in a location that lacked a lot of competition especially within walking distance as far as I know. It lacked any wow factor to be honest other than probably the live peacock they have behind glass at the end of the cafe
