I’ve given this place more than enough chances, and it fails every time. The food is below average, yet the prices are absurdly high. There are so many better options in Riyadh—why should anyone settle for bad service and mediocre food?

Their pizzas are consistently either undercooked or overcooked. I always ask for a specific doneness, and every time the waiter nods and says “yes”… only to bring out the same poorly made pizza as before.

The service is just awful. The wait staff act like their job is to chat and joke with each other instead of attending to customers. It's a small restaurant, but getting anyone’s attention feels impossible. They avoid eye contact, ignore seated guests, and the only time they approach is to tell you that someone else is waiting for your table.

Here’s an idea: maybe if the staff gave their customers the same attention and friendliness they show each other, it would actually be a pleasant dining experience. Instead, customers are left waving their arms, hoping to get noticed by someone who clearly doesn’t want to serve them.
