For the love of Italian Pastries, it was a sweet encounter at Dolce Ragusa on Anas Bin Malik road in Riyadh.

Awesome pastries and great beverages, especially to beat the scorching summer heat....I had the privilege of having Tiramasu, one of the best Italian pastries, light and fluffy, the flavor of expresso coffee, the subtle taste of cocoa powder makes this dessert that dreams are made of.

Dave served me the best cold coffee, and it was a great choice. The combination with Tiramasu made it a special treat.

The fresh orange juice made my day extra special, a memorable moment at Dolce Ragusa.

The selection of pastries is vast, and a variety of delectable cakes for celebrating any occasion with family and friends.

I marked this place as one of my favorite pastry shops in Riyadh and THE favorite one that specializes in Italian pastries and desserts. Though their seating area isn’t that big; but i always returned back for their authentic Italian taste that I haven’t tried anywhere else in Riyadh so far. I regretfully have to mention that the new ricotta recipe you have been filling your cannolis with during the last few years is yucky and does not taste good. You should revert back to the original ricotta filling recipe which tasted great. I do not know which Chef of yours decided to adjust the recipe and destroy the taste.
