Dunkin' - دانكن — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

Today, October 13,2022 , at 11:25pm the indian or bangladesh cashier is too much rude and dont have manners to the customers, we ordered 4 hotchocolates but he dont want yet to take the payments because he will recieve the delivery? We ask him about how many minutes to make the hot chocolate but he insisted us to sit and he didnt response to our questions to him, but theres no available chairs, then he is angry to us and he pointed us by his finger? Is that a good customer service? Every thursday we are going this branch to take hot chocolate but this day was a mess,, this cashier is too much attitude and rude we hope that take action of this situation.. i need your feedback regarding...

They always ran out of lids, smaller cup sizes, straws and I dont mean this branch only but branches in Western coast, Riyadh and eastern coast due to Egyptian management. Dunkin is a global respectable brand name and I think they’re not doing so great in Saudi due to management with different cultural and work-ethics values.

اليوم تقريبا 8 الصباح صار لي موقف يمكن اسوأ موقف مر علي جيت الفرع وكان قبلي ٢ في الكيو وصار دور اللي قبلي وانا وراهم فجأة الكاشير الهندي يطالع فيني ويناديني بياخذ طلبي والبنات لسه واقفين عنده!! طلع ايش مسوي جالس ياخذ طلباتنا بالجملة يجمعها كلها وبعدين تجمعنا عالكاونتر عدد رهيب اللي قبلي واللي بعدي بانتظار ندفع !! هل هذي طريقة والا مهنية!؟؟ تجمعنا طلع المكان زحمة ومزعج عند الكاونتر وبعدين جلس ينادينا بالدفع واحد واحد ورا بعض عند الكاونتر وبعدين شفت الناس كلهم راحوا اللي قبل واللي بعدي وصرت انا لحالي وكم واحد من الجداد قمت قلت وين البيقلز قال لي تشيز!!!! وراح يصلحها بنفسه وطول علي كمان!! مع انه فيه معاه اثنين جالسين يوزعون الكوفي والطلبات وفاضين يتفرجون وانا انتظر طبعاً خلاني ونساني مع حوسته الغير مهنية تأخرت ع دوامي واجتماعاتي وانا رايحة لدانكن قلت اسرع وافضل وصار فيني كذا !!!.. ابي اكلم المسؤول لإن بجد مغبونة من اللي صار والغباء والفوضى اللي شفتها اليوم. طلبي كان بلاك كوفي ودونتس وتشيز بيقل بس وانلطعت ويمكن اكثر من ١٠ جو بعدي فوضى ومسخرة اللي صار وفيه كاميرات مراقبة اتوقع كافية.. وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل. شفت التعليقات نفس الشي...
