Dunkin Donuts is a brand by it’s name and no doubt about it the donut and coffee is evergreen and wonderful to visit, i would always give a 5 star ranking to Dunkin Donuts as a brand BUT in this store the attendant is very rude and bad as he was rude and bad service when i ordered 6 donuts and 2 black coffee after he charged me i saw the add for an offer which he could have promoted to save my money but he didn’t. Anyways besides the money the guy spoke very badly as he had another 2 orders which was big quantity so he would not come to the cash counter to take the order also. In this branch, there’s an employee who needs to be trained to know how to treat customers in professional way with a smile and patience, the chairs wasn’t clean so we asked him politely to clean the chairs because there’s some chocolate on them and he showed us that he didn’t like us or our way, so we asked to help him because he was alone but he was not interested and showed us that he doesn’t care and he’s feeling forced to clean the chairs, so PLEASE, PLEASE, improve your employees so the customers can be satisfied and happy to come again to this...
