I stopped by this branch of Dunkin' Donuts in Malqa Plaza to satisfy my sweet tooth and picked up a pack of their signature donuts 🍩. When I visited, there were only two staff members on duty, but the store was mostly vacant, so I had their full attention 🙏.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had a truly enjoyable experience. We ordered a cappuccino and a frozen Dunkaccino, along with a Long John donut and their special Kunafa Donut.

The drinks were excellent — the cappuccino was smooth and well-balanced with a rich espresso flavor and creamy foam. The frozen Dunkaccino was refreshing and indulgent, combining chocolate and coffee in a deliciously cool treat.

Bad experiance and sad for this !!

At this branch next to Tamimi in al Malqa area , The cashier his name is Shoha is super rude and impolite !! I only wanted to change my donuts after ordering the small ones to the big size because they are both under same offer and same cost . He refused at the begining and was very rude waving with his hands kinda telling me off . Until I insisted to change it because it's my right and I haven't touched it yet. Plz go to the cameras and see his attitude . Shame how such staff are treating guests...
