Honest review ( please read before you dye your hair) ⛔️⚠️ Overrated salon, I did an ammonia free hair dye with khawlah. She is polite, kind and respectful. however the service is bad! I requested a deep brown hair color ( basic and simple) and showed her a picture. She dyed my hair orange ! And the next day I went back for a fix, she left me for more than an hour on the sink just to let the color settle!! Which is wrong and shows lack of experience. Also, she added the dye on my roots and hair shaft all together at the same time for this lengthy period ( which resulted in tiny spots of chemical burns in my scalp) and this is a major indication of lack of expertise. I came to book with Eman for hairstyling, they told me at the reception that she is busy with other costumers, so the told me Khawla is available and booked me with her, I cam to the salon at 4:00 pm then they told me khwla is busy doing hair coloring so I waited until 5:15 pm them I noticed Eman was available this whole time! I told them to transfer me with her and she started doing my hair at 5:30pm, all this time wasted and delayed my occasion just because weakness in coordination, I'm so sad for this.
