McDonald's — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

Today, as usual, I went to buy my coffee from this branch, as I work nearby. However, today I arrived late, at around 1:46 PM, and when I arrived to order through the drive-thru service, I was surprised by an indifferent person who seemed to want to finish his work quickly. I think he was Saudi, I'm not sure. He spoke to me arrogantly and racistly, and when I saw him at the checkout window, he also spoke in a provocative way. I told him, "Thank you." I went to receive my order, and they made me wait for 5 to 10 minutes, to be surprised by him coming to me with the coffee and saying sarcastically, "Do you like the delay now?" I told him, "You have high morals." Thank you, and you can watch the camera recording, as the time and date are clear. Everytime I convinced my self to go to McDonald's I really regret later on for my visit, horrible service, never received what I ordered correctly .. if I asked for extra cheese they'll remove it completely!, and if you ordered beef they'll serve you a chicken instead.. i don't know really "does the staff even know how to read the order??"
