McDonald's — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

I’ve had consistently bad experiences with this McDonald’s branch, and it’s time for management to step in and investigate. Every time I order online, the delivery is extremely slow—often showing an estimated time of one hour or more, which is completely unreasonable.

One day, I decided to drive to the branch myself. When I arrived, the place was completely empty, yet it still took 10 minutes to hand me the order. It became clear that the delay in delivery isn’t due to high demand—it’s by design. They’re intentionally keeping delivery orders waiting, which is unacceptable and unfair to customers.

This isn’t a one-time issue—it happens every single time we order. It’s frustrating and reflects a serious lack of efficiency, accountability, and customer care. McDonald’s needs to take immediate action to address this branch’s operations before more loyal customers walk away.

I always enjoy coming with my children to McDonald’s but this time they brought my order with items missing. When I asked for ketchup one of the staff gave me a single packet. When I asked for more he told me that I already have some on my plate but there was none. When I asked him for his name he said it was “Animal” there was no tag on his uniform that would confirm his name. When I return because there was no sauce with the nuggets he said that there is some inside but there was nothing there. The staff are rude and not cooperative even when they served missing orders. I talked to the branch manager but unfortunately his personality is weak and the employee disrespects him. I do not recommend this...
