Dear Al Baik Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor service I experienced today at your As Saliyah branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on June 25th.
I placed my order for Double Baik at 12:27 PM, and my bill number was 263. However, despite waiting patiently, by 1:50 PM the screen was already displaying order number 300, and my order had still not been served.
When I inquired about the status of my order, I was simply told to wait 20 more minutes, without any explanation or apology. This brings my total waiting time to over 1 hour, which is completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant.
I have always appreciated the quality of your food, but this level of service was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and ensure better organization and customer care in the future.

What I love most is the consistency. Whether you go to Jeddah, Riyadh, or Makkah, the taste is always the same. The food is affordable compared to many other fast-food restaurants, and the portion sizes are generous.
The only downside is the waiting time during peak hours because it’s always crowded — but honestly, that just shows how popular it is. Overall, Albaik delivers great taste, value for money, and a true Saudi fast-food experience.
