Al-Romansiah — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Romansiah, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable meal.

They have good food, but extremely poor service & worst customer service. The lady cashier in the family sitting was not even ready to take my order because my order contained grilled items & it was not the Prayer time. 2ndly when i asked for Zarbian chicken, she said its not available, 3rd when i asked we need Mandi rice, she said its not available & insisted me to take the bashaweri rice, which i dont like, as they taste similar to plain white rice.

Food & hygiene is OK, as they charge you alot, so they ought to provide these basic facilities.

Will come here for food, but the management needs to train their staff & teach them some...

I recently visited Romansiya and had their Mutton Mandi and Kunafa – absolutely delicious! 😋 The flavors were rich and perfectly cooked. The restaurant itself is very clean and well-kept, with a cozy seating area and spotless washrooms, making it a really comfortable place to dine.

The only small hiccup was that I asked for some extra rice, and even though they said they’d bring it, it didn’t arrive. Hopefully, they’ll pay a little more attention to these small service details in the future.

Overall, a great place for tasty food in a clean and welcoming environment. I’d definitely recommend it and can’t wait...
