I am writing to express my frustration regarding the size of the drive-through at your location. It seems unnecessarily narrow and cramped, making it difficult for larger vehicles to pass through comfortably. Maneuvering in such a tight space not only risks damaging vehicles but also causes delays, as drivers need to be extra cautious.

The purpose of a drive-through is convenience, but the current design is anything but convenient. I believe widening the lanes or providing more space for turns would greatly improve the experience and reduce stress for your customers.

I love Half Million! This branch has a great drive through and their service was really fast. You didn’t have to wait long to order or to receive it. They speak great English and Arabic.
