ALBAIK — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

I landed from Vienna at King Khalid Airport. I went to Albaik at Terminal 3 Departures. The employee on the cash counter was highly ill mannered and rude. I paid through card, the payment was declined. I told him that I can try again. He said go to bank. I tried again and card worked. Before that, I asked him size of French fries box, he said many customers waiting. I can not show you the size. I asked his name, he said Arif or Areef. The individual does not know what is customers service and how to talk to people in a respectable way. Food was good. Two stars for food but mood...

Here is my Review about this branch of Albaik. Food was good. Taste was good. They don't have Broasted chicken and we go there to get braosted chicken. Staff was ignorant and unsupportive, I was trying to tell them for returning Pepsi Cans and they literally said there is no option to Void the order, I told them I am working for almost 7 years in Food industry and I know how to make void and then they understand that I know so they make return. Albaik is famous for thier taste and quick service all over kingdom but these guys are ruining...

It was great previously, but last visit the ordered items tasted different. Loads and loads of spices that overtake the taste of chicken. No idea if they have changed the recipes recently or just adding more spices and flavor, but in any case it didn't taste as good as it did in my last visits. Anyway, it was crowded as usual, it took few minutes to wait for a table to get cleared and cleaned so we can dine it. Hope next visit will be better or hope they will use the...
