I had a coffee from Paul in waiting lounge of Riyadh Airport Terminal 2...It cost me 20SAR and a Evian water which I bought last time for 4 SAR now they charged me 10 SAR...I don’t know if these prices are correct but I have paid because I needed these a lot 2:36 Am in the morning when your flight is delayed in morning time..

Visited it at the morning time and ordered a Halloumi sandwich which cost me SAR 31, and despite the under average taste, I noticed that there is mold on the bread after I ate it 🤮 I’ll file a complaint at the municipality when I return and hopefully i don’t get food poisoning

I wanted to share my recent experience at your cafe in Riyadh Airport Terminal 2, which unfortunately left me quite dissatisfied.

The sandwich I purchased had an unpleasant taste, resembling that of being old. Additionally, I encountered a level of rudeness from your staff that was unexpected and disappointing.

As a customer, I believe in providing constructive feedback to help businesses improve. I hope you can address these issues to ensure a better dining experience for others...

Service creates the atmosphere also.. absolutely pathetic service by Mr Deejay A of Paul in Terminal 2 Riyadh. Haven’t seen such attitude in coffee shop guys. They will spoil reputation of Paul. I had a Paul coffee in my office in Olaya Tower and they were offering great service. Really spoiled my mood of the trip. Please fix these kind of people. Will never visit...
